Guardian Shield Defense Industries L.L.C is a proudly locally owned, American operated company. We support the communitie(s) we operate out of, the betterment of society through working with Non-Goverment Organizations (NGO's) and working with Veterans and members of the emergency services and State and local governments. The company supports Veterans in the following ways:

-We honor the sacrifice and service of those who have served in uniformed service as Veterans in our messaging.

-We support the goals of Veterans' organizations including reducing homelessness among Veterans, improving the mental health and physical wellbeing of Veterans, providing employment to Veterans in roles that they can adjust well to, and reintegration into society after service. 

-We respect our Veteran employees' deployments and work to schedule around their training in the National Guard and Reserves and understand that they are driven to serve our country. 

-Veterans are welcomed and honored members of our team.

-We consult with Veterans and Veterans' organizations to better learn how to make our company a more welcoming place for Veterans to feel included, respected and well-treated. 

-We provide referrals to Veterans' organizations for healthcare, mental health services to our employees who are Veterans or currently serving. 

-We ask Veterans for permission before doing anything that involves them.
